Students in Food and Nutrition will demonstrate food’s role in society, plan and prepare meals, and applyproper use of equipment and utensils using proper safety and sanitation techniques. Students will compare and contrast the nutritional needs and requirements for healthy living. Students will explore careeropportunities in the food industry.
