Course Description

Students in this class will be completing the 2nd year of the National Restaurant Association ProStart Program, a two year industry-driven, school- to- career program that introduces high school students to careers in culinary arts, hospitality and management, and nutrition/dietetics. The course teaches advanced level skills and knowledge needed for success in the industry. Students may earn ServSafe certification as Food Safety Manager and ProStart Certificates of Achievement.
