Course Description
Aquatic/Water Sports courses help students develop skills useful or necessary in an aquatic environment. They may focus on swimming and competitive strokes, such as freestyle, breaststroke, butterfly, and so on or may involve team-oriented water sports such as water polo and relay swimming. These courses may also include (or concentrate exclusively on) diving and/or lifesaving skills. This course meets the NCSD #1 Physical Education Standards. This class may be repeated for credit.
